The "request new password option" is not working. (at least for me).

Is it possible to set up a group account with thinglink?
I have a community following my blog and they are interested in developing an archive of 'things' as a group around particular topics.

[I hope 小美 wouldnt mind I re-post this:]我在支付定寶網頁上的"提建議"寫在email比佢地 我覺得不如一人一信 等佢地知道忽然唔比充值係不負責任的做法 我比我個version大家睇 無版權 用得著請隨便抄 ______________我是在香港的客户 我一向以联通一卡充(话费卡300元面额)充值支付宝 但最近我发现支付宝不再接受 100元以上面额充值 而贵公司给我的回覆指 300 / 500 元面值通道已经关闭 但在事前并没有作任何公报 对於大陆以外的客户 话费卡充值是非常有用的充值方法 因我们没有大陆的银行户囗 也不是每人都有信用卡 就以我来说 我虽然只是一个小小的五心会员 但在淘宝上也消费了数千元 所以我特别买了多张300元联通充值卡 但现在忽然用不了 而这些话费卡对我们国外的客户来说 是完全没有其它用途 白白浪费了许多金钱 所以我希望贵公司能顾及这些情况 作出相应的处理 谢谢 ______
